Issue #29 - Fulfillment Will Begin Next Month!

One Month Closer!
One more month has been crossed off the calendar since the last update. And we're one month closer to everyone receiving their pledge reward!
Since the last update, all of the games have been picked up from port and are headed to our various fulfillment centers - in total, there are games on 8 different ships carrying product to 4 different warehouses, plus 1 truck headed to a 5th location! The race is on and we can feel the excitement starting to build!
By our next update, we expect to be able to announce that some backers have received their pledges!
What We Expect From Here:
US, Australia, and Asia - These shipments are the closest to delivery, and we expect those regions to start shipping pledges after June 15th.
Canada and Europe - These shipments have the furthest estimated arrival dates, and we hope that these will begin shipping before the end of June, but it may be early July depending on actual arrival times and fulfillment center schedules.
We are in communication with all of the fulfillment centers, tracking estimated delivery dates and working to make sure our project can be started as soon as possible after arrival. Each fulfillment center has many other projects they are working on as well, so we will be in the queue at each of them when the product arrives.
Wait! I Have A Question!
This part of the process always leads to a lot of questions, ranging from "When can I expect my package to arrive?" to "Should I be worried if I don't see my tracking information on the first day?", and many others. We ask that everyone please be patient and watch for your communication from us. In our June and July updates we will provide current status reports, and if needed, we will issue additional updates.
IMPORTANT:if you have a question, the best way to communicate withus is via email to [email protected]. Unifyingcommunications there helps us to keep messaging organized, and toproperlytrack who has beenresponded to, and who may still need help. Kickstarter, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. are all much more difficult for us to track.

Issue #28 - Shipping Facts, Michigan Tax, & We Are At PAX!

Hello Darlings! Did you miss us?
About a month has passed since our last update, so we wanted to check in again. Short version: things are progressing!
♪ ♫ On The Boats Again! ♫ ♪
That's right - about 60% of the product is already on the water, and heading towards fulfillment centers now!
As you may have heard from other projects, shipping *has* been delayed in some regions. However, we are receiving constant updates from our freight forwarder and factory about the status of our remaining containers, and we expect them to be picked up within the next two weeks. This pushes our schedule a little, but we should still be able to start fulfillment in June. (As always, crossing our fingers that nothing catastrophic happens.)
Don't Mess With Michigan!
Apparently they don't call Michigan "The Wolverine State" for nothing. To our backers there - I (Aaron) made an oops. When we locked down and charged cards for shipping and taxes, somehow Michigan was marked as 'no taxes to collect'. Well, the state of Michigan disagrees with that, and says we still need to collect and remit sales tax for all pledges from there. We will be processing these tax payments around the first of May, so please be aware of that when you see that come through.
PAX East!
Several of us will be attending PAX East this weekend, and we will be at booth TT41! One of our convention team, Rick May, posted this preview of the booth - check out that awesome backdrop, featuring four of our favorite Marvel Dice Throne heroes! Issue #27 - We're Still On Track!

TL;DR: Everything is still progressing, & we are on track for fulfillment to begin in June.
A month has passed since our last update, so it's time for us to check in with you and give you all the news. And the good news is... there's not much news!
Manufacturing: The factory is nearing completion on everything now.
Some of you have asked about whether the Dice Tray will fit properly into the Battle Chest; we answered yes, and here's a photo from our latest sample to show you what it looks like when opened:

Shipping: we are working with the freight company now to reserve space for these containers, so they can be loaded as soon as they are finished being packed.
Sending these out is going to be such a fulfilling experience.
*IMPORTANTNOTE * If you are moving countries or states/regions, you will not be able to change the full address yourself. Please send an email to [email protected] for assistance with changing those portions of your address. You will get a reminder email from BackerKit 48 hours before addresses are locked, so you will have time to make last minute changes.
(Also, please note that Aaron is at a trade show this week, so please allow additional time for messages to be answered.)

Issue #26 - Teaser Photos From The First Complete Samples

TL;DR: We are still on time to begin delivery in June! Sample photos of the first completed Battle Chests below, as well as some updates about BackerKit.
Manufacturing Update
The factory has been working hard to keep this project rolling and on schedule! After a well-deserved break to celebrate the Year of the Tiger, they were able to send us the very first assembled Battle Chests to review, so we grabbed a few photos so you can “ohh” and “ahh” at them alongside us! (click to embiggen:)
We will be locking down the shipping addresses as we get closer to the date of fulfillment so we can provide advance information to our fulfillment partners for them to prepare with. You will receive an email from BackerKit 48 hours before this happens, and if you need to change your shipping address there will be a link for you to do so in the email.
*Please note* - you will not able to make changes to the State, Region, or Country portion of your shipping address, due to possible changes in shipping costs and/or taxes. If you are moving to a new State, Region, or Country, please send an email to [email protected] with the details, and we can assist further.

Welcome To The New Year!
It's our first update of 2022! And there isn't a lot to say, but we believe in staying in regular contact with our supporters so we're here to share what we have. Manufacturing is continuing quickly, and we've got a couple of teaser images below! (There is a delay happening now due to the Chinese New Year, but that was anticipated and was already factored into the schedule).
There is one detail though that we do need to check in about.
IMPORTANT:Please Check That Your Survey Is Complete!
Many backers have not yet filled out their BackerKit surveys! It is crucial that these get filled out - without this information, we don't know where to send your game, and won't be able to ship it to you.

It's one thing to play with prototypes, or to imagine the games on your shelves... and another thing to actually see the parts being manufactured and coming together! New orders placed in the pledge manager are now considered "Late Pledges" - you may still receive the Promo Pack however, if you add it as an add-on. All orders placed before fulfillment begins will have their order shipped at the same time as regular backers.
