Hello!
This is the final update for this project, and we want to start by saying thank you so much to each and every one of you who has helped to make this project a reality! As with all projects, we want to make sure that any last questions, comments, and concerns are addressed, so we will try to cover most of those here.
-99.9% of all pledges have been shipped! "But wait, I haven't seen any information on my pledge, should I be concerned?"
We are glad you asked! There are still backers that have not filled out their BackerKit information. BackerKit is the pledge manager, and if this is not completed we do not have your shipping information. You can log in to BackerKit using the link you received via email in December, or by going to https://marvel-dice-throne.backerkit.com/ and using the email associated with your Kickstarter account (for some people this may be your Apple Relay ID if you used the "hide my email function" when creating your account). We are processing these late submissions every 1-2 weeks to submit them to the fulfillment center.
*NOTE* - AUGUST 31 IS THE LAST DATE TO COMPLETE YOUR BACKERKIT SURVEY. After this date, we will not be shipping any more Kickstarter rewards.
-ASIA - Remote Asia, Israel, South Africa - some of these shipments are still on the way to the local hub. You can see the status of the hub shipments at http://vfi.asia/hubs/ and all regions should be showing on there soon if they do not already. Parts replacement is ongoing.
-AUSTRALIA - Additional product has arrived to complete pledges that were missing items, and you should be seeing those soon if you have not already. Parts replacement is ongoing.
-CANADA - Parts replacement should begin soon.
-EUROPE - Spain and Canary Islands, some backers still need to provide their DNI to Spiral Galaxy, and they have been attempting to contact you. Please check your spam/promotional emails if you have not received your pledge there. Ukraine is still on hold as we wait for couriers to confirm they can deliver these with no issues. Issue #32 - Fulfillment Continues! Next Steps, About Mythic Cards

Hello!
We are seeing thousands of games being delivered and it is awesome to see people playing and enjoying them! We can't wait for all of the backers to receive their games, and we are one step closer! In the posts we have been seeing, there have been some questions about the Mythic cards, so we wanted to provide more information about the design and intended use for these.
About The Mythic Cards
Top row: standard promo cards. Middle row: Hero Randomizer cards. Bottom row: The Mythics.
The Mythic cards in Marvel Dice Throne are optional bonus cards that can be added to your deck to multiply the game's excitement and replayability.
These were not originally designed to be used in standard duels, so we recommend they not be included in your deck for normal, everyday play, but rather to add spice in appropriate gameplay situations.
(The standard promo cards (the top row in the graphic above) are perfectly balanced for all standard games, and can be added directly to your decks with no issues.
Fulfillment Update:
Aaron's got enough bubble wrap to stop a... well... to stop something big and scary, anyways.
ALL REGIONS
- Due to the size of the project, many shipments leave the fulfillment center in bulk. This means that your tracking information may just show "label created" until the courier scans the parcels on their end. The couriers do not scan every product when they pick it up because they are packed on pallets or in full trucks.
- REMINDER - You can log in to BackerKit using the link you received via email in December, or by going to https://marvel-dice-throne.backerkit.com/ and using the email associated with your Kickstarter account (for some people this may be your Apple Relay ID if you used the "hide my email function" when creating your account). If your BackerKit survey shows that you still owe funds for something, or your address has not been entered, we are not able to ship your pledge. There are over 200 people who have not completed their BackerKit survey completely.
ASIA
- Most of the hub shipments have had their information added to the vfi.asia/hubs/ website, but there are still a few that have not yet updated. VFI will add these to that site when they have confirmed ETAs for those locations.
AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND
- LPG has started working on replacement parts requests and missing/partial orders, and will continue to work on this over the coming weeks as we receive information from people.
CANADA
Stock is at Hubtrotter now!
- Fulfillment in Canada officially started last week, and some Canadians close to the fulfillment center have already reported receiving there games! It is estimated that fulfillment in Canada will take another 2-3 weeks to complete. Aaron is at HubTrotter right now and has provided these pictures of all of the Marvel Dice Throne being packed for UPS to pick up.
EUROPE
- Shipping is beginning! Here is the update that Spiral Galaxy released on Friday regarding their process:
"Marvel Dice Throne: Project is slated to start dispatch next week. We will be using our Bulk shipping process with games being processed from Monday 11th, however it is important to point out that no actual orders will physically leave the warehouse until Wednesday 13th when we will have 20+ Pallets on route in a single collection. (NOTE: All Dispatch notifications and tracking are sent on the day the parcel leaves our warehouse.)
By ‘pre-booking’ capacity this system allows us to bypass our couriers daily load restrictions and this will be our primary method of dispatch for the entire project, with most shipments being made on a Wednesday and Friday.
This is a huge project with thousands of parcels to ship and we anticipate approximately 3-4 weeks for a full dispatch.
We know you are all keen to receive your games and its always annoying to see others start playing their copy before you even get a dispatch notification, but please keep in mind that if every backer were to contact us asking for a status update it would take approximately 4 weeks longer to answer them all than it will take us to physically dispatch all the orders.. This being the case, we kindly ask that you have patience, your order is fine and will be with you soon."
US/MEXICO
- FunAgain has packed and shipped 99% of all pledges in the US. There are a small number of pledges that did not confirm their information until very recently that still need to be packed.
- FunAgain sent out thousands of tracking emails last week. Many people have reported that these tracking emails ended up in their spam folders, please check there. If you did not receive a tracking email, your pledge likely shipped out last week, and tracking emails for those should be coming out this week.
- If you have not received a tracking number in the US/Mexico, you can email [email protected] and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. We are receiving a large number of emails, but we will try to respond within 48 hours.
- Parts Replacement and order errors will be processing over the next few weeks. The US is the region with the most orders, and subsequently the largest number of parts requests. The fulfillment center will work through these as quickly as they can, but parts requests take much more time to process than regular pledges. Please have patience, and we will get through all of these.
MISSING ITEMS IN PLEDGE - If your pledge arrives and you are missing specific items that you ordered (a playmat or dice tray, for example) please email us at [email protected] with your name, items you were supposed to receive, and photos of what you did receive (including the shipping box if possible).

ASIA
All mainland pledges have been shipped.
Several Hub shipments have gone out, and the rest are in the queue. You can see the status of the hub shipments at http://vfi.asia/hubs/ under the heading “Marvel Dice Throne”.

AUSTRALIA
There are a handful of pledges that Let’s Play Games is waiting on address confirmations back from customers to send. Please check your email if you have not yet received shipping confirmation.
US
FunAgain has shipped about 90% of the pledges so far, and is working to get through the remainder of the orders as quickly as they can.
There was a glitch in the system when orders began shipping that caused many backers' tracking emails to not be sent out. We thought the glitch had been fixed, but it has not yet, so keep an eye out for deliveries.
Most shipments from the US are sent via UPS, so if you create a UPS My Choice Account and enter your shipping address, you should get a notification any time you have a UPS shipment headed to you. You can sign up for one of those here: https://wwwapps.ups.com/doapp/signupmychoice?loc=en_US
IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA WHERE STOLEN PACKAGES ARE A CONCERN, you can email [email protected] and we can help check to see if your pledge has been shipped. PLEASE do not email just out of curiosity, just to know. We are receiving a very high volume of emails right now, and we want to be able to help as many people as quickly as we can.
CANADA
Product has now arrived at the fulfillment center, and they will be checking the inventory and getting everything ready to start shipping.
The first parcels in Canada should go out around July 6th, and is expected to take 2-3 weeks to ship everything.
EUROPE
Product has now arrived at the fulfillment center. Spiral Galaxy is getting this into their queue for shipping now.
Address verifications should start going out on July 1st, and packing should begin on July 11th.
Parcels are expected to leave the fulfillment center in bulk two days a week, and it is expected to take 3-4 weeks for all to be dispatched.
Please do not email Spiral Galaxy asking about your order until they have announced fulfillment is complete. They provide weekly updates on their Facebook page about the status of all projects they are working on.

Issue #30 - We're In The Endgame Now!

Hello!
We wanted to start this update by saying first and foremost: please be kind to each other. As with any project fulfillment, many people are going to have excited and passionate thoughts and reactions as delivery notices start to pop up. Remember: this is a game, and there are real people on all sides of the project.
Now, the exciting news: fulfillment has officially begun!
Asia, Australia, and US fulfillment centers have all received the product, verified the items, and checked everything in. As of Friday, pledges in Asia and the US have started shipping!
US region shipments are coming from FunAgain in Oregon. Shipping began on June 16 and is expected to take up to 4 weeks before all packages have been sent.
Asia region shipments (including South Africa and Israel) are coming from VFI Asia. These have begun shipping and are expected to take up to 2 weeks to finish shipping.
Australia region shipments are coming from Let’s Play Games. Orders are expected to finish shipping this week. Let’s Play Games has reached out to several backers for some address clarifications, so please check your email (including spam/junk folders) to see if you have an email from them.
For pledgers in Canada and Europe, product is still en route, and we expect that the fulfillment centers will receive product near the end of the month. We are in constant communication with the fulfillment centers there, and will provide more updates as we get more information. We likely won’t have anything new to share until early July for these two regions.
*IMPORTANT NOTE* - fulfilling thousands of orders takes time; fulfillment therefore must be staggered and takes more than a day, even in the smallest regions. While we wish all parcels could ship on the same date, it takes a LOT of trucks to get these out the door.
This truck left FunAgain today, loaded entirely with pledges for Marvel Dice Throne.
Don’t Panic!
It is exciting to see people start to receive shipping notifications, and to ask the question: when will I receive my notice? We recommend the following:
Log in to your BackerKit to verify you have entered your address and there is no outstanding balance due. If that is all done, just sit back and relax!
If you find you have NOT completed your BackerKit pledge manager, please do so ASAP and email [email protected] so we can get those details processed and sent to the fulfillment center.
Your login for BackerKit is the email address associated with your Kickstarter account (unless you manually changed it). If you cannot log in, check with [email protected] or try to recover your login here: https://marvel-dice-throne.backerkit.com/
Receiving Your Rewards
We addressed this on the Kickstarter page, but we do want to remind everyone of our policy regarding damaged or incomplete products.
DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS
We understand that all backers want to receive their items in pristine condition; however, the realities of worldwide shipping can sometimes make this difficult, and human beings are involved in every step of the process. We guarantee that the product you receive will be complete and all internal components in perfect condition. If any components happen to be missing or damaged we will replace those for you. We will do our best to ensure that your package arrives in good condition, but all decisions on box replacements will be made on a case-by-case basis. Due to the difficulty and expense of replacing boxes, depending on your region, we will not be able to replace some boxes with minor cosmetic damage only.
- If you have any parts or pieces that have manufacturing damage, please make sure to fill out the form at parts.dicethrone.com.
- If your order is incorrect, please first double check your BackerKit pledge manager to ensure that your final pledge was what you remember it being, and then reach out to [email protected].
During fulfillment we receive a much higher volume of emails than is normal, but we will do our best to follow-up on each one in a timely manner. To ensure fairness, we answer our emails in order from oldest to newest, and our email system organizes them for us this way based on the most recent reply. Please note that if you follow up with a second email before we can respond to toyour first, our system will moves the entire email thread to the “newest” spot in the queue, and can take longer for us to get to it.
